Over two decades of hands-on experience across mall operations, cinema operations, real estate, modern retail and FMCG. Amrinder brings deep industry insight and operational excellence to Property Aligners and Planners.
His career began with the Landmark Group, Walmart, Bharti Walmart, Aditya Birla and Wave Malls, where he played a key role in setting up and streamlining operations — enhancing customer experience, optimizing workflows and implementing practices that improved profitability and tenant satisfaction.
Core team
Over 20 years in mall marketing and management, with leadership positions at Nexus Malls, JLL, Phoenix Malls and the Times Group. His strength is developing marketing strategies that drive footfall and position retail assets as consumer destinations.
Over 22 years across Indian and Malaysian markets, with roles at Alpha G:Corp, Nestlé (Horlicks), Publicis and Pemelo. She played a pivotal role in the launch of Nexus Mall Amritsar and Ahmedabad One, and is a recipient of the Golden Peacock Award in Advertising.
From a business family in Ludhiana, Asees brings a deep understanding of administrative work, the region’s market dynamics and team management.
