His career began with the Landmark Group, Walmart, Bharti Walmart, Aditya Birla and Wave Malls, where he played a key role in setting up and streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience, optimising workflows and implementing practices that improved profitability and tenant satisfaction.

Over 22 years across Indian and Malaysian markets, with roles at Alpha G:Corp, Nestlé (Horlicks), Publicis and Pemelo. She played a pivotal role in the launch of Nexus Mall Amritsar and Ahmedabad One, and is a recipient of the Golden Peacock Award in Advertising.
